How to Obtain Ultimate Scarlet Luminance?

To obtain Ultimate Scarlet Luminance, you must first acquire Royal Heart Accessories. These items can be obtained by:

• Defeating bosses.

• Clearing Primeth's Forge (Hard) instance.

Once you have obtained the Royal Heart Accessories, upgrade them using Abyss Points and Ultimate Starlight Soul Stones. The upgrade NPCs can be found in Sanctum and Pandaemonium.

How to Obtain Ultimate Starlight Soul Stones?

You can obtain Ultimate Starlight Soul Stones by:

• Clearing Primeth's Forge (Hard) instance.

• Extracting Royal Heart Accessories.
