* Increased drop chance of Red Jesper from all normal mobs in Katalam
* Added Red Jesper to Dark Steel
* Added more Frigida Advanced Soldiers to the Relic of Sorrow
* Lowered the respawn time of Frigida Advanced Soldiers to 3 minutes
