Patch Notes:

* Fixed Commander Jakarjun at The Hunting Fields Event
* Heiron Renown Tonic is now drop each member
* We rearranged the NPCs in Oriel and Pernon.
* Removed Kaluva at Dark Domain of Bollvig area in Heiron.
* Heiron daily quest mobs have been nerfed.
* Daily quest mobs have been removed from Demaha.

* Regatus Drakan is at Gray Fog Marshes area in Heiron.
