You can get Vicious Mark and Abyssal Fractal on World Boss, Rank Boss, Boss Raid, Fall of Heiron, Assault in Beluslan, Ancient War and Daily Pvp Lugbug Missions. You can find the NPC who gives quests at Endorim Temple: Victria for Elyos and Nesfir for Asmodians. Note: the quest is repeatable. GLORIOUS CELEBRATION TICKET
