# Ban Protocol

Before proceeding, please review our [Community Rules](/aion-overdose/informations/community-rules.md).

Your ban status or duration may change based on your behavior and ban history.

The administrator is not required to provide proof for your ban.

In most cases, the reason for your ban is displayed in the [#punishment-section](https://discord.com/channels/1216974296560308314/1245483516859514890) of the [Discord Server](https://discord.gg/aionoverdose).

The administration is also not obligated to disclose details regarding the punishment of reported players.

* Punishment may range from jail to a permanent ban, depending on the severity.

### <mark style="color:yellow;">Sharing/Disclosing Real Life Information</mark>

* Permanent Ban

### <mark style="color:yellow;">Exploits/Bug Abuse</mark>

* 7 days jail (removal of exploited items if there are any)
* Permanent Ban

### <mark style="color:yellow;">Disrespect/Insult/Threats to Staff</mark>

* Punishment may range from jail to a permanent ban, depending on the severity.

### <mark style="color:yellow;">Advertisement without Authorization</mark>

* Punishment may range from jail to a permanent ban, depending on the severity.

### <mark style="color:yellow;">Cheats/Hacks/Third-Party Tools</mark>

* Punishment may range from jail to a permanent ban, depending on the severity.
